What is your return policy?
It is our sincerest wish to provide each and every customer quality service to the best of our abilities. If there ever be a problem with you order we are happy to try to help.

Please keep in mind that we do offer a 14 day return policy against manufacturers defects, product damage or parts missing that is not described prior, or the like. We do not offer refunds on any of the following:
-I didn't like it
-not the color I expected
-changed my mind
-does not fit
...and anything similar.

You may be offered the choice of an exchange for an identical product without damage or flaws or a full refund of your payment amount.

To receive a refund items must be returned in acceptable condition identical to the day of purchase. Item must be returned to 2 Treasure Pirates either by mail or physical delivery.

Please understand that in an effort to keep costs low and bring you the best deals that we must stick with a strict policy.

  • A "Best if Used By/Before" date indicates when a product will be of best flavor or quality.  It is not a purchase or safety date.
  • A "Sell-By" date tells the store how long to display the product for sale for inventory management.  It is not a safety date.
  • A “Use-By" date is the last date recommended for the use of the product while at peak quality. It is not a safety date except for when used on infant formula.
  • A “Freeze-By” date indicates when a product should be frozen to maintain peak quality. It is not a purchase or safety date.
